проверьте права доступа и владение на сервере:
SSH на EC2 не позволяет подключаться без ключа ssh (вход с паролем запрещен, даже на localhost). ssh -i mykey.pem -N -D 0.0.0.0:1080 локальный хост
ssh ищет файл закрытого ключа с именем id_rsa и не находит. Возможно, вы использовали ssh-keygen для генерации пары ключей и дали файлам другое имя. Если это так, попробуйте переименовать эти файлы в id_rsa и id_rsa.pub или попробуйте
