Невозможно настроить / запустить mssql-server

После выполнения этого руководства я получаю сообщение об ошибке: https://computingforgeeks.com/how-to-install-ms-sql-on-ubuntu-18-04-lts/ и запустив команду настройки.

Я искал пару часов, пытаясь найти конкретную проблему, но я ничего не нашел.

Я считаю, что это как-то связано с тем, что я запускаю Ubuntu 18.10, потому что установка mssql внутри контейнера докеров (согласно официальному руководству M $) тоже не работает.

Сама установка проходит гладко, но я получаю сообщение об ошибке в конце команды настройки, и ручной запуск службы mssql приводит к тому, что она получает статус сбоя.
