CircleCI загружает и настраивает PHP из собственного местоположения: /opt/circleci/php/{version}. Решили выложенную проблему установкой php-redis через APT, а затем подключите версию PHP CircleCI к файлам, установленным APT. Так выглядит в нашем circle.yml файл:
