Простой скрипт аудита принтера

Я работаю над Windows Server 2008 R2 и хочу создать простой скрипт для аудита печати, выполняемой в компании.

Я хотел бы, чтобы эти данные были проверены в текстовом файле в общей папке и чтобы сценарий запускался после того, как кто-то отправит что-то на печать:

«имя пользователя, имя компьютера, имя документа и путь, количество страниц, имя принтера, дата, время»

Ребята, вот сценарий (-ы), который я использовал в прошлой жизни. Это было на сервере печати 2003 года, но я полагаю, что они нормально работали и в 2008 году. Я получил большую часть этого онлайн из чьего-то сообщения в блоге, но я не помню, где ... это было много лет назад.

Как это устроено:

auditprinters.bat = командный файл (по расписанию ежедневно), который выполняет следующие действия:

  1. Анализирует ввод через цикл FOR серверов печати. В моем случае у меня был только один сервер печати, но если у вас был дополнительный, вы могли изменить цикл FOR, чтобы разрешить входной файл и т. Д.
  2. Устанавливает различные папки вывода
  3. Удаляет журналы старше 30 дней
  4. Сбрасывает журналы принтера, используя DUMPEL (убедитесь, что у вас установлен Windows Resource Kit, или получите dumpel и поместите его где-нибудь и измените эту строку командного файла)
  5. Делает резервную копию текущих журналов
  6. Обработка журналов вызова processprinterlogs.vbs

ProcessPrinterLogs.vbs = сценарий, анализирующий журналы принтера (форматирование и т. д.)
