Почему apcupsd не видит ИБП, подключенного к USB-порту на FreeBSD 8.0 amd64

Недавно я установил apcusbd на FreeBSD 8.0 amd64 через систему портов. Он установлен отлично, но не работает.

Оказалось, что драйвер HID выбрал /dev/ugen4.2 что может привести к тому, что apcusb не сможет найти устройство. Обнаружив это, я перестроил ядро ​​и удалил драйвер hid. Теперь это просто видно "ugen4.2: <Tripp Lite> at usbus4" и нет uhid0 появляется устройство.

Тем не менее проблема не исчезла. Я пытался уйти DEVICE пустая настройка конфигурации --- не поможет. Потом в конфиге указал конкретное устройство, но это тоже не помогло.
