MySQL - это не мое, но мне нужно настроить один из наших серверов.

Так как он настроен прямо сейчас, наш сервер MySQL медленно начинает съедать всю доступную память (мы используем collectd, вот график). В какой-то момент (через несколько дней / недель) он перестает выполнять запросы (он остановился этой ночью на 2 часа, и мне пришлось перезапустить сервер MySQL: см. 2-е изображение):
