Ошибка конфигурации rsyslogd

У меня есть файл rsyslog.conf:

Но когда я запускаю команду rsyslogd -N1, У меня следующая ошибка:

На самом деле я раскомментировал следующие строки

# provides UDP syslog reception

    $ModLoad imudp
    $UDPServerRun 514

и добавил следующую строку

local1.*            -/var/log/local1.log

но я не верю, что это следствие моей ошибки.

Есть идеи, почему я получаю эту ошибку?

Как было предложено [Николаидис Фотис], Я остановил службу (остановка службы rsyslog) и запустил вручную:

root@xxxx:/# /usr/sbin/rsyslogd -c5 -v

rsyslogd 5.8.11, compiled with:
