Не удается заставить .htaccess работать

Я использую Apache2 на Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. У меня есть конфигурация для использования .htaccess вроде нормально. Это мой сайт по умолчанию:

Я пробовал строчные "все" (AllowOverride all) также.

Мой файл .htaccess выглядит так:

(с участием mydomain заменен моим фактическим доменом ... и мой компьютер подключен)
