Вы запрашиваете уменьшение тома на 11 ГБ, но у вас осталось только 6 ГБ.
Вы можете более эффективно использовать выделенные экстенты, перебалансировав том. Выполнение команды, похожей на btrfs balance start /home
запустит этот процесс, и это может занять некоторое время.
Но я не знаю, достаточно ли этого для большой усадки.
