Обратите внимание, что я обычно устанавливаю «принять лицензионные соглашения» на «да».

lsof.base
lsof.license
lsof.man.en_US
тогда я думаю вам нужно запустить installp.
Попробуйте что-нибудь вроде
installp -l -d .
installp -a -c -d .
(при условии, что вы находитесь в распакованном каталоге lsof, в противном случае измените символ точки / точки на имя каталога, в который вы его распаковали)
