Отключение коммутатора Netgear вызывает обрыв связи Cisco на удаленном коммутаторе

У меня очень странная проблема, и я надеюсь, что кто-то сможет дать мне хотя бы представление о том, где искать. У меня есть новый управляемый коммутатор уровня 2 Netgear M4100-D10-POE, который мы устанавливаем в удаленном здании. Он подключается к остальной части нашей сети через кабель CAT5 к коммутатору Cisco (у нас их несколько, и где он подключается, не имеет значения). Теперь он работает нормально, но когда я выключаю этот коммутатор Netgear (или отсоединяю его от сети), я получаю кучу электронных писем от различных служб, которые указывают на потерю сетевого подключения между парой других коммутаторов Cisco (Catalyst 3560 и Catalyst 2960S). Эти переключатели соединены друг с другом оптоволоконной линией.

Странно то, что коммутатор Netgear не подключен напрямую ни к одному из двух коммутаторов, на которых произошел сбой соединения. Между ними может быть 1 или 2 других коммутатора Cisco. Я также не вижу сообщений журнала сортировки портов вверх / вниз ни на одном из коммутаторов. Я также знаю, что это не совпадение, потому что я могу воссоздать проблему в любое время, просто подключив и отключив переключатель Netgear.

Я только предполагаю, что это как-то связано с BGP, STP или другим протоколом переключения между коммутаторами, но я не знаю, как это контролировать.

Когда топология STP изменяется (из-за перехода порта коммутатора в состояние блокировки или пересылки или из него, из-за того, что коммутатор или восходящий канал добавляется, удаляется или выходит из строя), некоторые кадры могут быть заблокированы из-за того, что MAC-адрес назначения доступен через путь, которого больше не существует. Это происходит до тех пор, пока STP не сойдется и не истечет срок действия таблицы MAC-адресов, который в случае изменения топологии STP сокращается с 300 секунд по умолчанию до 15 секунд. Фреймы также будут рассылаться через инфраструктуру коммутации в результате истечения срока действия таблиц MAC-адресов.

Опять же, то, что вы испытываете, похоже на ожидаемое поведение.
