iRedmail не может отправлять электронную почту во внешние сети «Время ожидания соединения истекло»

После успешной установки почтового сервера с помощью установщика iRedmail я не могу отправлять электронные письма во внешние сети.

Я могу успешно получать письма, но не могу создать новое письмо (во внешние сети) или ответить на полученное письмо.

Всякий раз, когда я отправляю электронное письмо, это то, что появляется в моем журнале писем;

Я немного не трогал этот файл, просто он настроен iRedmail.
