Как я могу переслать параметры запроса, введенные для запроса GET, например:

http://example.com?lang=en&id=23

на сервер, работающий на другом порту? Я добавил виртуальный хост, указанный ниже:

который перенаправляет все запросы, которые происходят в / на локальный сервер, работающий на порту 3000. Теперь я также хочу переслать параметры запроса, введенные пользователем в браузере / HTTP-клиенте. Как я мог это сделать?
