sudo cron -l -u otheruser выдает ошибку аутентификации CentOS-6.10

CentOS-6.10

Я никогда раньше с этим не сталкивался:

sudo crontab -l -u thatuser
[sudo] password for thisuser: 

Authentication service cannot retrieve authentication info
You (thatuser) are not allowed to access to (crontab) because of pam configuration.

Почему я не могу перечислить (или отредактировать) других пользователей crontab как root?
