круговая зависимость для php-json от RHEL 6

Я пытаюсь установить php7 на RHEL6. Не удалось добавить альтернативный канал в RHN, поэтому попытался загрузить все пакеты из репозитория remi, а затем выполнил следующую команду:

Вывод показывает php-json нужен php-common, однако я уже указал php-json быть установленным
