Причина этой проблемы в том, что ваш сервер Apache, вероятно, не настроен на прослушивание порта 443, поэтому, когда браузер пытается подключиться через SSL, ему отказывают.
Конфигурация VirtualHost в обоих ваших httpd-vhosts.conf
и httpd-ssl.conf
оба предоставляют настройки Apache для обработки запросов, полученных через порт 443, но поскольку Apache не прослушивает запросы на порте 443, он никогда не получит их для обработки.
Чтобы исправить это, вы должны настроить Apache для прослушивания запросов через порт 443. Просто добавьте
Listen 443
на ваш httpd.conf
или httpd-ssl.conf
файл. Перезагрузите Apache, и теперь он должен работать.
