CentOS6.X: letsencrypt, cronjob и неправильная «версия pip»

Я пытаюсь написать скрипт, который автоматически обновит сертификат letsencrypt через cronjob на последней версии CentOS6.x.

Для этого я написал следующий сценарий:

Каждый раз, если я выполняю этот скрипт из командной строки, все в порядке. Скрипт работает без ошибок. Но каждый раз, когда я запускаю скрипт через cronjob, я получаю ошибку

Не уверен, почему это происходит ... Отсутствуют ли какие-либо переменные среды?

Здесь весь вывод файла cronjob. Также обратите внимание, что в выводе cronjob указано, что версия pip - «8.1.2».

После того, как я установил HOME переменная среды для /root оно работает. Похоже, letsencrypt позволяет установить pip где угодно из /root/.local/share/letsencrypt/ (потому что я установил letsencrypt как пользователь root) и когда переменная HOME была неправильной, set letsencrypt не может ее найти ...
