Выяснение причин ухудшения качества контроллера Dell

Я установил open manage на пару своих PE 2950 для snmp-мониторинга RAID. Кажется, что все проверки вернулись нормально, кроме controllerState:

Другие проверки, похоже, показывают, что батарея, LD и физические диски в порядке, если я что-то не упустил. Может ли кто-нибудь сказать, что я что-то упускаю или пренебрегаю импортом в моем мониторинге / понимании RAID? У меня ухудшились оба этих сервера, которые я настроил.

Состояние контроллера требует, чтобы как микропрограмма контроллера, так и модуль ядра (драйвер) были в актуальном состоянии. Как только я обновил их оба, состояние контроллера изменилось на «Готово».

Сколько лет вашему серверу? В документации dell ухудшенное состояние контроллера означает, что аккумулятор необходимо восстановить. Обычно это делается автоматически, но если он слишком старый, вам нужно его заменить.

PS: если у вас установлен openmanage, есть возможность вручную восстановить аккумулятор. Будьте осторожны, потому что эта задача занимает около 8-10 часов, и за это время батарея разряжается и заряжается.

Перезапустите службы DSM. Это разрыв между PERC и OpenManage. Обычно после перестройки массива, но это не обновляет.

Как я постоянно говорю здесь людям - зачем полагаться на онлайн-поддержку, если вы можете позвонить в службу поддержки поставщика? С Dell этот вид вопросов решается сразу же с минимальными усилиями с вашей стороны.

Сказав это, я бы переустановил BBU и, если возможно, заменил его другим из других PE9250, которые у вас есть. Если это не поможет, возможно, вам понадобится замена.
