Вам необходимо убедиться, что localhost может использовать строку сообщества "community". и не похоже, что вы вообще определили строку сообщества "community" в файле snmpd.conf.
Для начального теста добавьте rwcommunity community localhost
в качестве первой строки в "/etc/snmp/snmpd.conf" и перезапустите службу.
Это должно позволить вам выполнять обход SNMP только с локального хоста.
Если вы хотите иметь возможность читать данные SNMP из другого места, просто замените «localhost» на IP-адрес или имя хоста сервера, с которого вы будете подключаться. В производственной среде вы можете сделать SNMP более безопасным, сделав его доступным только для чтения, используя более непонятную строку сообщества или используя определения v2c / v3 secuirty. Хотя для тестирования это должно вас подтолкнуть.
Смотрите из /etc/default/snmpd
если snmpd прослушивает только 127.0.0.1 или реальный сетевой интерфейс. Взгляни на SNMPDOPTS
