Ошибка именно в том, что написано: не удается подключиться к серверу RHN. Если вставить содержимое /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date (как @packs предложил в его комментарии), вы можете использовать URL-адрес, чтобы проверить, работает ли он. Например, если вы использовали зеркало, оно - случайно - отключено.
Также убедитесь, что ваш сервер подключен к Интернету, и попробуйте запустить traceroute на сервер (и другие URL-адреса), чтобы убедиться, что это не локальная проблема.
