почему частичный контент не обслуживается в nginx (mp4)?

Я использую здесь nginx v.1.9.3 для обслуживания моего сайта, а также видеофайлов для потоковой передачи. Я вижу, что файлы mp4 всегда обслуживаются с кодом 200, а запросы частичного содержимого игнорируются. иногда видео можно «искать» в браузерах, а иногда нет. Я использовал различные форматы файлов, и результаты варьируются от нормальных до фатально плохих.

Я использовал curl -I для просмотра возвращаемых данных из nginx и увидел, что не было никакого упоминания о сервере, принимающем байтовые диапазоны, и когда я вручную запрашиваю части файлов с помощью curl, я вижу, что во всех случаях код возврата равен 200.

Я тестировал модуль mp4, активированный в сборке файла конфигурации nginx, и без него, и ни один из них не дал значительного преимущества перед другим.

Причиной проблемы было отсутствие обработки диапазона на странице PHP, которую я использую для потоковой передачи файлов. я забыл, что это требование процесса! я добавил класс видеопотока (http://codesamplez.com/programming/php-html5-video-streaming-tutorial) на страницу, и пока в моих тестах потоковая передача работает хорошо :)
