FTP-клиент / сервер не работает при переключении в режим PASV

Обновить Интернет-провайдер сообщил, что недавно они добавили область, где расположен этот компьютер, в свою сеть IPv6. По совпадению, с того дня, как они добавили эту область в свою сеть IPv6, FTP-соединение было невозможно.

Интернет-провайдер смог установить это конкретное соединение обратно на IPv4 (на ограниченное время), и ... FTP снова заработал.

Оригинальное описание проблемы

У меня проблема уровня TCP между FTP-клиентами и FTP-серверами (я думаю, что это сервер proftp, но я не уверен).

При запросе режима PASV для передачи данных клиент получает ACK, но не получает 227 entering passive mode сообщение. Клиент ждет 30 секунд, прежде чем отправить TYPE A request который сервер пытается подтвердить, но с неправильным номером SEQ.

Номер SEQ содержит размер Enter passive mode сообщение. Сервер также отправляет 200 Switching to ASCII mode который также имеет неправильный номер SEQ.

Отсюда происходит 7 попыток повторной передачи TCP и TCP DUP ACK, в то время как обе стороны используют «свои» номера SEQ. (Не следует ли повторно передать неподтвержденное сообщение, отправленное сервером? То есть, не должен ли сервер просто отправить 227 entering passive mode сообщение снова? Или хотя бы номер SEQ исправить?)

У меня тут несколько вопросов. Во-первых, какая сторона здесь ведет себя неправильно? Одна сторона должна исправить это SEQ-номер, но кто? И как может конкретное сообщение (это всегда Entering passive mode сообщение) всегда теряешься?

Что еще более странно, это происходит только на одном компьютере. Из сотен. И это тоже происходит только с одним FTP-сервером. (который я не контролирую). Соответствующий сервер и компьютер соединены через Интернет.

Журналы были получены через маршрутизатор клиента, так что это не проблема ПК.

Я проверил с другим FTP-сервером, что является под моим контролем, и теперь все становится странно (читай: с этим он тоже не работает). Согласно моему серверу, он взаимодействует с IPv4-адресом, заканчивающимся на .0. Для справки, я нахожусь в Германии. Я никогда не видел, чтобы IPv4-адрес оканчивался на .0 перед.

Если я проверю маршрутизатор на стороне клиента, он сообщает о совершенно другом общедоступном IPv4-адресе (по крайней мере, тот выглядит действительным), а также сообщает об IPv6-адресе (крайне редко в Германии он есть. Зависит от интернет-провайдера).

И журналы моего сервера говорят, что он отправляет (а также повторно передает, так как он не получает ACK) Entering passive mode сообщение. Это означает, по крайней мере, для меня, что интернет-провайдер теряет / отбрасывает этот пакет.

Должен ли я связаться с провайдером с этой информацией?

Интернет-провайдер только что связался со мной. Это была ошибка конфигурации внутри их сети, которая привела к удалению пакета PASV.

Скорее всего, это связано с проблемой брандмауэра. в вашей конфигурации proftpd ограничьте порты, которые он будет использовать

PassivePorts            61000 61199

Это ограничит количество пассивных портов от 61000 до 61199. Теперь убедитесь, что эти порты открыты в вашем брандмауэре.
