Попробуйте zpool clear
чтобы попытаться очистить временные ошибки.
Это все диски SAS? Или у вас в этой среде замешан SATA?
Отредактируйте таймауты устройства для дисков SATA по причинам.
echo 180 > /sys/block/sdX/device/timeout
где sdX
это устройство.
Затем запустите zpool clear
и посмотрите, правильно ли изменится положение вещей.
