ADWS на базе Server 2003

Здесь сложно справиться.

Я пытаюсь установить веб-службы на Server 2003 SP2 (x86 / base НЕ R2!), Но когда я устанавливаю его, я получаю ошибки с полученным журналом:

Я проверил обновления, убедился, что .NET 3.5 в порядке, и я не могу найти здесь справку.
